All estimates are free and non-binding. Once our Master Timekeeper inspects your watch, we confirm the service estimate before any work begins. No work is performed without your approval.
Inbound shipping using the WatchRepairPack is free and fully insured. Return shipping is $39.95 and insurance is $8 per $1,000 of declared value. All packages are GPS-tracked and insured door to door.
All replacement parts used are genuine, and all our watchmakers are CW21 certified. Work is carried out to professional standards including accuracy and water-resistance testing.
Payment is due upon approval and prior to return shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted in the estimate are valid for the period stated therein.
